I found a good way to kill a few hours while on a short summer break.

I hammered 28 nails into my ceiling and used 14- two foot long strand of kite string. The way the harness is connected to the lines is inaccurate, but it's the only way I was able to connect it with what I had on hand.

The entire set up process took about 2 or 3 hours.

FJ Officer, Monte Cassino

The basic figure of this is my Ardennes FJ Officer. He learned how to dive off the shelf, so I decided to repose him, and send him to the Italian Campaign. I picked up some random stuff while at EBT, so I gave some of it to the FJ, while the rest of it is going to an SS NCO, that will be revealed sometime next month. The uniform is a mix of DML, bbi, and DiD. The sculpt, is DML Ansgar. Equipment is mostly DML, with a few DiD parts. G-43 is DML, repainted. The base is a wooden basic shape...

FJ officer, Ardennes, 1944

Headsculpt is DML Ansgar, repainted
Uniform is a mix of bbi and DML, with a DiD shirt. Helmet is DML with cusotm wire, repainted.
Equipment is DiD, with cusotm suspenders, binocular strap, and MP 40 sling. Officer piping around the collar is also custom.
the base is made from a piese of plywood, with dirt, sawdust, and baking soda glued down. The tree is part of the Christmas tree I intentionally burnt and destroyed.

Normandy FJ Squad- Part 1- Sniper

I am now working on a squad of Fallschirmjager at Normandy. I realized A US figure may cost too much...and hard to find. Here's my new project, as I make new figures, I will add them to the squad, as long as their Fjr's. I will eventually make th rest of the crew, MG, assistant, rifleman, and NCO. I bought the figure on eBay for $30, and with the exception of a few repaints, and adding my own fieldgear, its just as I bought it.

FJ NCO, monte Cassino 1944

The second battle for Monte Cassino has come. the Allied forces bombed the monastary the month prior, on Feburary 15, 1944. This was a major mistake for the allies, as it provided perfect cover for the relentless German Army and Luftwaffe ground units. FJ Officer, Carentan

This build took me a while, considering most of my kitbashed are done in under an hour. I spent a few days waiting for a shipment of loose parts and while I waited, I repainted the sculpt and worked on the base. The base is made of styrofoam with a sheetrock wall and supporting base. The gruond is coverd in cement. I did not fill in the lines for 2 reasons-
1. I dont have that kind of time
2. Shows off the bricks better
The bricks were carved into the wall with a finishing nail....

Fallschirmjager in the ardennes

This is a simple bash I made in about 15 minutes total time. I resurfaced my eastern front base, put in my destroyed FJ helm, and added some red paint. I added the bbi US infantry jacket, taken off of of a dead US infantry officer. The tunic and trousers are DML, the gear is DML and DiD, helmet is repainted DML, and the smock is BGT. Boots from NLM.Weathered with plaster powder. All ideas/comments accepted.

Fallschirmjager- Russia 1943

After I finished my LSSAH NCO last week, I broke it down and worked on a new FJ. I had some parts for a few weeks, but nothing to do with them. All ideas and comments (good & bad) accepted.

Most of the uniform is from Dragon, the boots are newline, the y-strap and binocular strap are custom made, and the rest of the gear is from DiD.
