Hey guys, this is my first post on this board so bear with me. I have lurked for a while, admiring the quality work of so many customizers/bashers and have finally decieded to jump in.

Derboogieman, I can't claim to be a pro, but I'll try to help. The following is just what I have found in a couple of reference books.

1. Granatwerfer Coy. would mean Mortar Company. However, I have found differing references on this. In the book 7th Flieger Division by Chris Ellis, the diagram on page 47 shows a seperate mortar comany under the regimental hq. At the same time, in the Osprey battle orders book by Bruce Quarrie on page 83, the author mentions a mortar platoon in the battlion machinegun company that would include six 81-mm mortars. This would be in addition to the three-tube mortar section in each infantry company, which was made up of 50-mm mortars. However, this book covers the blitz period, so it is possible that this organization would have changed by 1944-45. Of course, in battle conditions, there could be many ad-hoc groupings of mortars due to casualties, loss of equipment, ect.

2. I think Pzlg is a typo. If it was PzJg, this would be the abbreviation for Panzer-Jager or anti-tank unit.

3. Going back to the Bruce Quarrie book, on page 58, he shows how each 12-man trupp (squad) had one LMG. The battalion machinegun company also would have had eight heavy machineguns split into two platoons.

Like I said, I'm no expert. If someone else finds some other information please share.
