Simple process, I dont even need pictures do describe it. You need some of the left over frame from an old model kit (Styrene like in the revell or tamiya kits works best), small fire, and some paint (Optional). Cut off a small section of the frame, maybe 3 or 4 inches long, hold it over a fire (small candles work, I use a blow torch for instant melt) until its very soft. Test pulling it and if you cant, keep melting it. Pull until you get the desired thickness. I would harden once its foo the fire. Cut it up, and over 2000 cigs come from 1 model kit.
